Average sales price of a home in the Coffee County TN real estate market for January 1 to  December 31, 2011 is  $125,072. The average days on the market are 141. The average size home sold in Coffee County, TN in 2011 was 1860 square feet. 405 residential properties have sold during this time period. There are currently 396 Coffee County TN homes for sale. There has been a 12.75% decrease in the number of sales in Coffee County, TN this year versus the same time period in 2010.
Average sales price of a home in the Manchester TN real estate market for January 1 to December 31, 2011 is $125,743. The average days on the market are 136. The average size home sold in Manchester, TN in 2011 is 1817 square feet. 195 residential properties have sold during this time period. There are currently 211  Manchester TN homes for sale.
